Returns & Exchanges
To process a return, please contact hellosabijewellery@gmail.com
In your email please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us however, the total order amount including the original shipping will be refunded.
Sabi will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping service.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria*
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings.
We do understand that change of mind can occur and we would be happy to exchange the earrings for another pair or offer you a credit note to our store.
The original cost of shipping will also be added to your credit note.

We are more than happy to help you return or exchange your order.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. Please contact us at hellosabijewellery@gmail.com to begin your returns process.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any sale items.
